The finer print…
- Payment will only be made per individual client referred & not per property.
- Payment (Fee IPOD) will be made upon completion of the sale or let once Edwards have received their commissions due in full.
- The referrer must advise the client recommended that they have been referred
- Commission is only payable where the client referred is aware and in agreement for their details to be passed along to Edwards
- Commission is payable per successful recommendation, but only paid once and not for any subsequent property transactions of the same recommended landlord.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amended this offer at anytime.
