Most issues can wait until we’re available.
If you feel it cannot wait:
- Find 2 qualified contractors (Google, recommendations, etc.).
- Get 2 quotes and choose the most reasonable option.
- Keep both quotes and the receipt for the work.
- We will contact the landlord about reimbursement if the cost is proportionate.
Please note: Out-of-hours jobs are likely to cost more than normal, but it is important that you only pay what is fair and reasonable.
